Every athlete has a routine that they follow on game day. If you’re anything like me, you follow that routine religiously! Actually, I'm sure you're just like me... It’s like; if you skip one step, then your chances of playing well decrease drastically, Right? As absurd as it sounds, it is what it is and there is a method to your madness.Pregame Jitters is a facet of YOUR game day routine that aims to help you cope with nerves before the game. My hope is that you wake up every morning on game day and immediately tune into this blog. I will post content/video/music that is perfect for you at that very moment in time. By the time you finish tuning in, you should feel confident, relaxed, and ready to crush your competition.
Tiger Woods words it perfectly, he says and I quote “I always feel pressure. If you don't feel nervous, that means you don't care about how you play. I care about how I perform. I've always said the day I'm not nervous playing is the day I quit.” I agree with Tiger, you should feel nervous.
